We took the gentle pearls of champagne and put them dancing in the unique taste of Sake.
Thanks to this idea, Sakro was awarded the gold medal in the sparkling category Bordeaux Sake Challenge in France by the Sake Sommelier Association.

In Japan, rice is collected, then turned into Saké in Sakagura by adding koji and water.
In Italy, we add a selection of western yeasts and, after fermentation with an additional 16/18 months of maturation, we proceed with disgorgement.
